This farmhouse was cleverly renovated to create a reorganized Master Suite and new Mudroom all within the existing ‘footprint’ and the renovated home feels larger with enhanced flow. Phase 2 entailed a new 3-car garage with Office and bonus room above, creating a courtyard and a harmonious relationship between the buildings.

CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW & BARN

This one-story home was expanded upward in a style that embraced and enhanced the Craftsman style of the original bungalow. The first floor Kitchen was renovated and a ‘stair tower’ and second floor was added to gain bedrooms, resulting in a tranquil covered deck at ground level. The lakeside bungalow is set on a rock outcropping with alpine gardens.
A new Craftsman-style barn was designed with a bonus room above to complement the main house.
