FARMHOUSE

Kevin Quinlan Architecture designed the exterior of this perfectly-proportioned cedar-roofed farmhouse to respect the New England farmhouse vernacular while designing the interior spaces to be modern, open & un-cluttered and filled with light.

The placement of the house on the site create a long driveway approach lined by an allee’ of trees.

The principles of ‘green building design’ and a geothermal heating & cooling system are incorporated into this very eco-friendly home.

The interiors balance cozy spaces with larger open spaces where custom-designed features harmonize with reclaimed materials and salvaged architectural features.
